Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup beer your choice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onions
- Pickles
- Bacon strips optional
- Mayonnaise optional
Instructions:
Mix ground beef, beer, breadcrumbs, diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat
The burger patties should be cooked on a grill or stove for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely browned
Put lettuce leaves on the bottom bun, then a burger patty, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, pickles, and bacon strips if you want
