Ingredients:
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cold sparkling water
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
The cold sparkling water should be added gradually to the dry ingredients and mixed until a smooth batter is achieved
Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius
