Roasted Dandelion Root Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp roasted dandelion root
  • 4 cups water

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

Spread the roasted dandelion root on a baking sheet

Roast the dandelion root in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it becomes dark and aromatic

Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan

Add the roasted dandelion root to the boiling water

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes

Strain the tea into cups
