Pan-fried mahi mahi poached in a Creole sauce is a flavorful and satisfying keto dinner option. The combination of spices and vegetables creates a delicious sauce that perfectly complements the mild flavor of the mahi mahi.
Ingredients:
- 4 mahi mahi fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers red and green
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
On both sides, salt and pepper mahi mahi fillets
Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat
Cut up some onion, bell pepper, and garlic
